duplicate incoming messages

I am getting multiple copies of all incoming messages in Outlook Express 6.0.
Have cable modem and ISP said everything is ok on theoir end. After I delete
the messages they keep comong back. HELP!

Marsha check if you have duplicate pop in your mail account settings.
