Duplicate 'ghost' email

One of our staff members says that she sometimes receives duplicate
emails. I sent one to her yesterday, that was also cc'd to a couple
of other staff, and she claims it appeared twice.

She also reckons that she deleted one of the messages, but then when
she moved it back from deleted items to her inbox it dissappeared!

We are running Exchange 2003, I've tracked the email and there was
nothing unusual about that, so I'm thinking it's probably an Outlook
issue. Outlook is 2002 with SP3, I've looked for post-SP3 hotfixes
but couldn't find anything related to the issue.

Any ides would be greatly appreciated!

I have the same issue, Outlook 2003 and have no idea what to do ... did you hear back from anyone?
