duplicate file names saved!?

While using Publisher 2007 on Vista Home Premium was able to save exact same
file name in a single folder twice! The file size was different each time but
I thought Windows (any version) would never allow same file name to be saved
in one folder twice.
Any ideas how what I would call an error could happen?

Change your folder setting to display extensions. It's likely the two files
have different extensions.
