duplicate file finding

silly question maybe - but i have 2500 files, mostly .pdf, total of about
30gb of 'stuff'...

question is: Is there an easy way of checking or finding if some of these
files are duplicates? (i know that file names will have to be the same) A
program that will search for dups?

First stop should always be a google search:

Try NoClone, it uncovers duplicate files and recover valuable disk
space. It finds duplicates regardless of file name but file contents. -

But, when it finds dupe .dlls, let them be no matter even you see 4
copies of the same .dll
