duplicate e-mails

I keep getting duplicate e-mails in Outlook. They are not present on Web mail
but are produced when e-mails are downloaded by Outlook. At times, I have
deleted 6 duplicates of a single message.

Check your settings on your POP3 account re: "Leave a Copy on the Server".
This would pull duplicates down. Make sure you are running the latest Outlook
service pack.
