Duplicate Dates

Have an Excel Sheet which Contains the Following :

In the Above Scenario, The Employee ABC Claims the Tour Bill twice and in
between the dates, So I need to know which Employee is Claiming Twice and
claiming in between Dates ... here there may be ABC with in Different Dept
with Different Emp. Code... So If any one can Help me i will be Thankful...

Assuming data is sorted on empno and date from...
how will you determine that claim is duplicate... one condition is
=AND($C2=$C3,$E3>$E2,$E3<$F2)
what else?

I have used Conditional Formatting... using the condition above...
