We use a Cisco VPN client with several different
phonebook entries for various situations (Hotels where
you have to dial 9,8,or 0 to get out). We have to
manually create these entries. Does anyone know where
these are stored on Windows XP Pro?

1. For line related entries (like dial 0,9,...)
If you are a client and want to use different dialing rules for
different 'locations', then TAPI is the way to go.
You can define this via Control Panel -> Phone and Modems.
In the 'Dialing Rules' tab, click new and you can setup the stuff
from there.
Create as many 'Rules' as you need and select the location for
difference scenarios

2. For phone books
if you are an administrator and would like your clients to connect to
defined phone books, then there are two components that you need to look up:
CPS and CMAK. if you are interested, i can provide more inputs on this.
