Dump browsers cache?

I am creating a web site in FrontPage 2003. I need to
know how to dump the browsers cache of my files?(hopefully
without doing a disk cleanup to remove the files) I need
to see the changes to my pages. Specifically color
rollover effects on previously viewed pages. Does anyone
know the path to where this info is cached?
