try this...
You can try creating a new key in
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\De
sktop\NameSpace
with the name of
{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}
and set this key's new "default" Reg_Sz string value
to "Recycle Bin"
