Dumb question on Windlows shartup/login logs

I'm drawing a big blank today and need some help.

Having speed issues on computers starting up and logging in. I've enable
verbose loggin, but I cannot for the life of me remember the location or file
name where these entries are made? I can't even successfully use the right
terms to goolge what others have already noted on verbose loggin.

There is no actual log file created by this. It simply gives you more
dialog during startup/shutdown.

for more information on actual boot logging. To access the Boot Logging
option, press the F8 key between BIOS POST and XP actually starting to load.
This is the same method used to get into Safe Mode. Once you get the boot
options screen, choose Enable Boot Logging.
