I have problems archiving old items in Outlook 2007.
When I clicked me to pst file on your hard disk, I discovered that two pst
files had been active. The one named Outlook.pst and the other units outlook
(1). Pst
In Outlook, I looked at the Personal folder and found that it was just over
3Gb great, but it seems to be divided on the two above pst files.
Should it be so or what is wrong?

Chances are that Outlook(1).pst was the active data file and Outlook.pst was
the file active before that. You can check with Tools>Account Settings>Data
Files tab. If both show up, then both are active. If only one shows up, then
only that one is active. You can open the other and see if it contains
anything you need by clicking File>Open>Outlook Data File.

OK, only one seems to be active, but the strange is that looking at the
property for my Personal Folder it stated 3323800 kb as total size.

Outlook.pst is 1968145 kb and Outlook(1).pst is 1033681 kb and both are
changed today. Outlook.pst was changed today at 09:19 and Outlook(1).pst was
changed today at 08:52.

Outlook.xml.kfl sated changed today at 08:50. By the way - I don't now what
the lates file is.

All time are my localy time (Sweden)
