Dual monitor with Toshiba Satelite Pro Laptop.

I'm trying to help get a remote laptop running with a secondary monitor. The
laptop screen and the secondary monitor should have a different images using
W2000 Professional. I am trying to find the equivalent of XPs "extend my
windows desktop onto this monitor". I don't have W2000 here and am trying to
do this over the phone. We can get identical images on the laptop and
secondary screen, but get stuck when trying to extend the desktop.

Can anyone tell me where to find this in display properties. Or is it
anywhere else?

On win2k any extend desktop option is a function of the graphics
driver/software and not the Win2k o/s
