Dual Monitor setup changed.

I installed ATI MMC 9.13 which works fine except that my monitor on the
right has now changed to be one that would be the bottom. This installation
of MMC 9.13 is for PCI 550 Theater Pro 1 card to get TV display replacing
Beyond TV SW. My monitors are connected to X850XT and I can not figure out
how to restore the setup I had before.
Does anyone has any idea what must be done?
