Dual Emails

HELP! Yesterday I had to re enter my email address and password and all of a
sudden I downloaded 185 emails as of Feb 12...I had already recieved them but
for some reason they downloaded again and since then whenever I recieve an
email I get two of the same email when one comes in..its duplicated...What do
I do?

This often means you have two accounts under Windows Mail pointing to
the same email server. If so, delete one of them.
