Dual boot with 2 HD

I have 2 HD in my system. Disk 0 (master) has Windows 98,
2000, and 2000 Advanced server. Disk 1 used to be a
master on another computer and has Windows XP. I use Boot
magic to boot to one of the 3 OS on Disk 0. When I tried
to load Windows XP from Bootmagic, the application seems
to crash. Is there anyway to make Windows XP bootable
from the second HD? Has it anything to do with the
boot.ini file?

Advise greatly appreciated.
