DSO EXPLOIT

i have spybot s&d when i do a scan of my computer it comes
back with "DSO Exploit" says its a security flaw in IE
but i am unable to find any patches or updates from
microsoft on this. Can this dso exploit be removed?
 
This is a known issue with Spybot S & D but they seem to be taking a long
time to issue a patch. meanwhile right click (highlight) the item(s) and
choose the "ignore in future" option (or words to that effect).
