drops screen starts over at home page

hi and Thank you in advance I know your tied up with alot of answers--
when I am typing on a blog or just anypage my unit close's and complearly
drops all i have been doing---then reloads my home page and it goes thru no
restart I would like to fix it --or do i learn to live with it Again Thanks

Running SFC might help.
