Dropdown Values

How do you create a dropdown list (in a cell) for all records in a column?
For example, I want to pick a value of "Primary", "Secondary", or "Tertiary".
Thanks for your help!

Data > Data Validation > Settings tab > Allow: select List > Source: type
Primary, Secondary,Tertiary
