Hi

when is a dialog box in an input area with the dropdown on the RHS - how
can you mimic the dropdown on the keyboard itself as opposed to using the
mouse?

For example, the "refers To" box on the Insert-Name-Define dialog box: how
to select a range area without using the mouse

Thanks in advance

Tim

In the Refers To box, press the F6 key
Then, hold the Shift key, and use the arrow keys to extend the selection
When the range is selected, press the Enter key

As an afficianado of the keyboard, it makes sense you'd have the answer -
awesome!

BTW, it's not on the contextures shortcut list...perhaps this one is a bit
obscure (and also difficult to "explain" the context)

THANKS

Tim

For example, the "refers To" box on the Insert-Name-Define dialog box: how
With the focus on the Refers To refedit control just use the arrow keys. Or
am I missing something?
