Dropdown box of macros

Greetings,

I was given an existing Excel document that has about 30 buttons to macros embedded on the Excel document itself. Instead of buttons he wants a dropdown list with all the macros in them (once again, on the Excel spreadsheet itself).

How would I go about putting a dropdown onto the spreadsheet itself?

You can use a forms dropdown or a control toolbox dropdown. In either case
you will need to load it with the list of macros, so it might be best to put
them on a hidden worksheet. You could attach a macro to a forms
dropdown, or use the click event of a controls toolbar dropdown, and test
the selected value and then invoke that macro.

Seriously, for the effort involved, and the maintenance if you
add/change/delete macros, you are better off with what you have got.
