Dropdown Based on Another Field

Hi, I hope you can help me out. I have a table that I want to enter data
into from a dropdown. I'd like to limit the data in the dropdown by the
department the item is in.

In theory, I would like the user to select the department in one field on a
datasheet. Then, depending on which department they chose for that record,
the dropdown in the next column would only have those items from that
department.

I hope I explained it well enough. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
