Drop File in Form with Icon-View

Hi,

I want a small aplication on which I can Drag and Drop File's (like a
Word-doc) and let the application do some actiosn with it when there is a
file dropped on my application. Aftherwurths I want to be able to Drag the
File from my application to I-don't-know-where-else.

So what I am looking for is this: A Control on which I can display a File
with the Icon and name (the same way like you would put it on your Desktop),
and I have to be able to Drag and Drop file's on that Control.

How do I do this?
