Drop-down Option on Word Forms

If you have Word 2000 or greater and the ActiveX control "Micosoft Date and
Time Picker" is installed you can insert this object using the More Controls
button on the Control Toolbox toolbar.

It drops down a calendar control similar to the one displayed in Microsoft
Project.
