DROP DOWN MENUS

I am a raw beginner and do not understand operating a Website thrugh
Microsoft FrontPage and do not know what to enter into the value boxes on the
drop down menu template so that I can operate a Drop Down Menu to deal with
an Index Page.
What I want is to lessen the list by grouping the items into main headings
with drop down menu to a particular aspect of the main title. I have tried to
follow the instructions given but am getting very confused. Can anyone take
me step by step in preparing this Menu please?

If your looking for the drop down that happen when you hover over a word I
can help you as I have a step by step instrcution all written out. Its really
easy
