I Am Using A Htm Document As My Background Theme For My
Desktop :: I WouLD Like To Have A Drop-Down Menu With A
Likst Of My Favourite Programs. I Have No Problem With
Creating The Menu, But i do not know how to make it so
that when i select an option, it will send me to that
program/file. please help
