Drop Down Menus

I am creating a spreadsheet to print as a mortage analysis wit
different mortgage options. One of my rows is titled "Product Type
and contains 4 colums in which to enter different mortgage types (3
Yr. Fixed - 15 yr ARM, etc.). I have many product to choose from an
would like to create a master list with all available products. Then
would like to insert a drop down menu in each cell in the 4 colums tha
would allow me to simply select the product I would like to use instea
of having to type it in ever time. Can someone please help me on how t
do this? Thank you. :confused
