If they are "Sell Future Payment","Time Clock"
and "Tramadol" then I'm having the same problem. I
managed to get rid of this with Lavasoft's Ad-Aware 6
program but they soon came back. If I find a way to get
rid of them I'll post it here.

Run the tools but more importantly make sure you have all the latest
security updates.

This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware, parasite).
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
