drop down menu

I would like to customize the "My Computer" drop down menu list, but I can't
find a way to do it. Any suggestions? Please don't get too technical. It
scares me!

I would like to arrange my drop drop down menu so that search
is not the first item on the list. but don't know how to do it. May some
body out knows
