Drop Down Lists

Hello.

How do I stop Excel from shortening my drop down lists in
my menu bar at the top of the screen? Thanks. It's driving
me nuts not being able to see everything!! grr...
 
Choose Tools>Customize
Select the Options tab
Add a check mark to 'Always show full menus'
Click OK
