drop down list to bring a drop down list

I need a drop down list of company namesin an Invoices table to bring a drop
down of contacts at that company which brings a drop down of that contacts
different phone numbers. I'm starting with a table but ultimately I want it
to be a form (I can redo it all as a form after I get it figured out). I also
want my employees to be able to add new customer information from the form.
Lamens terms please, I don't know much about codes and soforth. Thanks!
