drop down list in a parameter query mesage prompt?

Is there a way, using QBE, that I can create a drop down list that provides
the possible values a user can select from when prompted by the message box
in a parameter query? Using Access 2003 in Windows 2000 Professional.

Nope.

Only way to accomplish this is to use a form and a combo box on the form.
Then have the query reference the combo box on the form.
