When I enter letter (like "B") in a Search box, all previous entries
starting with that letter (like "Banana", "Beaver", "Box") are
displayed in a drop-down box.

How can I see ALL entries in the drop-down box?

double click in the box

Ok, how do you clear all of the old searches outta there? What if I'm never
going to search for Banana again, and it comes up every time I type in a "B"?

Thanks for your quick reply, but it didn't do anything. In the "search for
files and folders" part, all the previous searches are still there. Any
other ideas?
