I am making a family web page, and I would like for it to have a drop down
menu from where you can choose different topics. I am using Microsoft
Publisher 2000 because I don't know HTML code. I believe I figured out how
to insert the topics to show up in the drop down list, but I can't figure
out how to link those topics to the files and pages I want. Can anyone help?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I suggest finding a newsgroup devoted to using Publisher software. This
newsgroup is for questions and answers pertaining to Microsoft Access, the
database software. Another suggestion is to learn HTML. It's not that
difficult, and there are free tutorials available on the web. Then, if you
decide to later use Publisher, or any other authoring software, you'll be
able to understand the HTML that was written for you.
