Driving Simulator 2011 ERROR

Hello.I have a problem : when i open the DrivingSimulator 2011.exe is showed the next pop-up error message :

Direct 3D engine could not be created

The error box :

try updating all your gfx drivers and .net installations

if that fails visit the game website and look through the forums and ask to see if other have the same problem
