Due to systems crash, we had to reinstall new drive and
load operating system and software. hardware wisard tries
to load new hardware device but can't and we seem unable
to locate drivers for it . device manager requires drivers
for PCI bus 0, device 31, funtion 3. can you help.

It'll most likely be one of the cards that you have
installed for example; modem, network card or sound card.

My guess would be the Modem
