drivers update in windows update website problem

I have 3 terminal servers on a domain that have the
drivers update option grayed out in windows update. all
other servers are fine. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Dave,

Just to be sure I'm correct, you open Internet Explorer and you go to
Tools, Windows Update, the web page comes up and Driver Updates is not
clickable(grayed)? Are you logged in as an Administrator? Are you at the
console when you try this. If you said no to the last two questions try
logging in as the Administrator and make sure you are at the Console when
you try this.
