Technical information:

***NET33X.SYS - Address F9766894D base at F9758000, DateStamp 3ecdaf93

Who can help me to solve this problem?

Thanks Will, it didn't help. Computer is telling in Microsoft Online Crash
Analysis that the fault is caused by modem driver LTMDMNT.SYS
An update should have been made by Lucent Technologies. But this company
claims that they have sold the division to another.
This update for this driver I cannot find. Besides that this driver I cannot
find in Explorer either.
So do you know another solution

Yes, dump the cheesy modem, and buy a new, good one. Modems are very
inexpensive. That is, if you even need a modem? If you're on a cable
modem, or DSL, you can just pull the modem card out.

Thanks Will, but after removing the Agere modem out of hardware I still get
the same message and I have to shut down the computer (cut the electricity)
and start again. And still I cannot get to that specific site

I encountered a similar problem with a friend's PC. The resolution seemed
to be getting the latest Java, for some reason.
