Driver IRQL not less or equal to fwdrv.sys

This message appears in a blue screen, and breaks memory,
it´s falling to disk.
What is this?
How can I patch it?
It appears in a P IV with W2000 Adv.Server, DDR Memory,
and in a P III with win 2000 pro, SDRAM memory.

do you have Kerio Firewall installed?

Try starting in safe mode and removing it.
