Driver installation

I am creating my first XPe target load. I am getting an error I can not seem to find the dependency for. The error happens after the FBA and after user login. The message that appears is "Device Installer Error: Windows could not load the installer for Ports. Contact your hardware vendor for assistance." I get two of those one for the serial port one for the comm port. I also get a similar error for the CD-ROM which is a Sony CDU-5211. I have tried to find the answer on my own but am at a loss now.

Check your list of "Class Installer" components.
 
I found that my error was not the one that Microsoft was showing me, but in the method I was using to copy the image to the drive. Thank you for your help.
