"Driver Error" in XP (Exception?)

Hi All,
You've helped me before so here gos:
I've gotten the following error messages:
(Ist)--
"TMNTsrv.exe has a problem and must close"
(accompanying data)--Szapp name: TMNTsrv.exe
Szappver:7.61.0.1390 (mod name unknown) temp\wer 22tmpdiroo\t

(2nd error)--
"BCCode : BCP1:FEFFS91C BCP2 000000off
c\windows\minidump\mini 080104-01. dmp

(Then this error)--
BCCode 10000008e BCPIC0000005 BCP28058A740 BCP3: F3351BBC
in--"C:windows\mindump\mini 080204-03dmp

I HAVE had to close my computer down twice now because some
applications were apparently "hanging" and I couldn't "X"
them down from the screen.

The error reference in Microsoft for solving the problem
didn't make sense to me. One referred to a registry
alteration but I wasn't sure how to go about it. The other
MS support page referred to a red error message with the
word "Lock Out" in it. I never received this red lettered
message so i didn't follow it's direction. Please help.
My system seems to be crashing every hour or so as i try to
navigate the web.

According to http://www.reger24.de/prozesse/TMNTSRV.EXE.php, this is
part of PCCilin, an antivirus tool. I would reinstall the program and
make sure that the version that you use is designed for Windows XP.
Also you could contact the manufacturer of the software for further
help.

One comment and 1 question though:
1) I've had the version of PcCillon since it came with my
new pC 2 yrs ago and used it without apparent conflict till
now.
2) Are the other error messages likely unrelated to a
possible PcCillon problem?

I just wanted to add that my pc crashed a couple more

times in past 3 hrs. The last error read:
"BCCode BCP1.....(etc.) similar to the others

You can find this out by solving this problem or deinstalling
PC-Cilin. If the problems are related, all should be gone then.
