My favorite disk space analyser is Scanner by Steffen Gerlach:

I find it to be the easiest to use and the clearest on its indication
of used space.

I don't usually add to my posts, but after posting details of Drive Space
http://allanmb.redirectme.net/progs.html#DriveSpace I realised that Tracker3
will do everything that Drive Space does. So if you have Tracker do not
bother with DriveSpace.
