Drive Mapping

I have a user that lost his mapping of only one share. \\server\pub

When attempting to recconnect to the share he is told he does not have
permsissions to connect to the share. So I checked the permissions and
they are correct.

I tried to map a network drive connecting as a different user and used the
administrator name and password. It tells me the drive is already mapped.

Net use does not list the share as being mapped. Tools, disconnect mapped
drive, does not show the share mapped.

You write "So I checked the permissions and they are correct." Which
permissions? The NTFS permissions? The share permissions? I suspect
that your share permissions are incorrect. Make them "Full access" for
everyone!
