drive mapping

I want to map a network drive on a server and I want it
to be accessible for all the users on the network. I know
if I map a network drive by right clicking on my computer
and clicking map network drive the drive mapping will only
work for that particular computer. How do I map the drive
so all the users will have that mapping also??? I am not
very good with logon scripts so I don't know how to do it
that way. Unless someone can show me an easy step by step
process to do it. Please help.

what Os is the svr eg. win 2000 server
do u use active Directory. if so have you organised the
users in OU.
