Drive Letters scrambled

R

RogerRamjet

I had drive letters:
A: (FLOPPY), C: & D: (2 HDD's), E: (CD), F: (ZIP).

I consolidated C: & D: to one HDD with 2 large
partitions.

Now drives letters are:
A:, C: & F: (1 HDD), E: (CD), F: (ZIP)
D: is missing, and the CD is between two partitions of
same HDD.
Any way of getting drive assignments back to original
sequence?
Thanks

Hello Roger,
Right-click on My Computer and Choose Manage.
Then choose Disk Management.
Locate the E drive and right click on it, There should be an option to
change the drive letter unless you have installed Windows to that drive.
Thanks,
