Drive Image

I want to use drive image for a backup. I've never used it before.
It says to disable virus detection in the BIOS before creating a image.
How do I do this ?
How do I get in the BIOS.

You'll need to consult your computer's manual for instructions on accessing the BIOS. Usually there is a message on the boot screen to press F1, F2 or whatever key/key combination is appropriate for your computer.
 
I have virus detection in the BIOS enabled and DI seems to work OK. I've not
tried a restore for real though.
