Drive errors after IDE change.

I had the following setup on my machine

IDE0 Primary - Disk Drive (C Drive)
IDE0 Slave - DVD RW (D Drive)

IDE1 Primary - Disk Drive (Two Partitions F&G Drive)
IDE1 Slave - DVD ROM (E Drive)

I had to remove the DVD ROM to use in another computer when on the
other computer i changed the jumper to Primary, when I put this drive
back in my main computer I forgot to change the jumper back to slave!
This made the disk drive with Drives F & G inacessable?!?!?
I have changed the jumpers back to what they were but the drives sill
come up with errors 'The disk structure is corrupted and unreadable' Is
there any way I can get this back to normal without going down the
drive recovery route???
I don't know how this could have been caused just by changing the
jumpers???
Any ideas?!?!

It can happen because the system bios is receiving different
information and this is passed on to Windows. The solution is
quite simple...just put everything back the way they were in
the first place. Next, use Disk Management to sort out the
drive letters.

Thank for the reply,
I have changed all drive letters back to what they were, but Disk
Manager shows the drives as 100% free, and I can still not access the
drives?
It's like the FAT table has been erased, is that possible??
