Dreamscene in Windows Vista

Is dreamscene only available in Windows Vista Ultimate or can I get it in
Windows Home Premium?
 
Dream Scene like other Ultimate Extras are only available to Windows
Vista Ultimate.
However I have heard about 3rd party solutions for people that want
similar without having Ultimate.
Search Google.
