draw arrows using formula

Is it possible to draw arrows or lines using values entered in adjacent cells ?
For eg: if the cell data contains the direction and the length of the arrow,
can this data be used to draw an arrow in a specified cell ?

Not by using a formula in a worksheet cell, but you could run a macro that
does it.

Tks tom. Have tried that but unable to link the direction of the arrow (in
360 degrees) and the length to the macro.
