Dragging cells

When I drag a formula from one cell across other cells,
the value of the first cell is displayed in each of the
subsequent cells. It's only when I save the spreadsheet
that the formula kicks in and the correct value displayed
in the cells.

Any ideas?

Hi Nicola

sounds like you have manual calculation turned on
tools / options - calculations tab, set it to automatic
