Drag&drop does not work anymore in my notebook (both built-in & USB mouse).
The rest is OK.
Any idea

Right click Start Button and select Properties, on the Taskbar and Start
Menu properties Under Start Menu click on Customize Button.
On the Customize Start Menu window click on Advanced and scroll down mke
sure this check box is checked:
[ ] Enable dragging and dropping
click [OK] and out, does this help?.

I have this same issue on my PC. Windows XP SP2, all of a sudden I cannot
drag and drop anymore. Checked this setting in the properties menu of the
start bar, to no avail.

Any chance a recent update my have messed it up?
